Our services

03Process

From site to handover.

  1. 01

    Understand

    Site requirements, objectives and constraints.

An architectural site model: white building blocks among small model trees, in soft daylight.
  2. 02

    Plan

    Scope, materials, execution and sequencing.

A pencil resting on a dimensioned technical drawing, a scale ruler beside it.
  3. 03

    Build

Construction to the approved plan, supervised throughout.

A concrete building frame under construction: columns and floor slabs against the sky, with edge protection along the slabs.
  4. 04

    Refine

    Finishing work and detailed inspection.

Hands marking a timber board with a pencil, wood shavings and a chisel on the bench.
  5. 05

    Deliver

    Final inspection and handover.

The terrace at dusk, with terracotta tiles, planting and lighting along a ledge.
